You are always responsible for your cover, so if your insurance does not pay, we will ask you for the payment and you can reclaim it direct from the insurance company. We also require the excess to be paid on the first appointment at Surrey Physio.

Our physios may use acupuncture as part of your treatment, and if you particularly want acupuncture, just ask the physio.

All initial assessments last 30 minutes, and we will try to get treatment done during the first session depending on how complex your medical history is. Subsequent treatments last 30 minutes.

One hour appointments cost £85.00.
