Will

Will Bateman

Will Bateman

Will is an Advanced MSK Physiotherapy Practitioner, who works as our London Clinical Lead for Surrey Physio, he has a wealth of physiotherapy experience across MSK, sports and the NHS.


He currently works in specialist Advanced Practice MSK diagnostic clinics in both Primary and Secondary Care, regularly referring and interpreting imaging. Will is also a specialist injection therapist, carrying out a large number of joint and soft tissue injections, Will is also an independent prescriber. 


Outside of work Will is a very keen gym attendee and runner, regularly competing in Hyrox and Crossfit Competitions. As well as being a keen golfer, and sport lover.  


At Balham Physio, Will carries out weekly injection clinics on a Monday. Please call to book your appointment.

Harry is a highly motivated and dedicated physiotherapist at Surrey Physio, bringing a wealth of experience since joining the team. He has worked with a diverse range of patients — from those recovering from everyday injuries to athletes striving for peak performance — helping each achieve meaningful, lasting results.

With a strong foundation in exercise rehabilitation and manual therapy techniques, Harry combines evidence-based practice with a personalised approach. He is passionate about empowering his patients with a clear understanding of their condition and encouraging them to take an active role in their rehabilitation. His goal is not only to support recovery from

current injuries but also to equip patients with the knowledge and tools to maintain their long-term health and prevent future issues.

Harry takes pride in his holistic, patient-centred philosophy, focusing not only on recovery but also on injury prevention, education, and long-term wellbeing. His calm, approachable manner and commitment to empowering his patients make him a trusted and effective clinician.

Outside of physiotherapy, Harry maintains an active lifestyle, enjoying sport, gym training, and cooking — values he brings into his work to inspire others to live healthier, more active lives.

Liam Walker


Liam is a dedicated Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist who specialises in combining manual therapy with exercise therapy to help patients recover from injuries and regain their full physical potential. With a BSc in Physiotherapy, he brings valuable experience from both hospital settings and MSK clinics, where he has had the opportunity to work with a wide range of patients facing various musculoskeletal conditions.


Liam is particularly passionate about his work, driven by personal experiences with physiotherapists who played a pivotal role in his own recovery. Having been on the receiving end of effective treatment, he deeply understands the positive impact Physiotherapy can have on an individuals life.


Outside of his professional life, Liam loves spending time at the gym, watching Crystal Palace play at home and watching rugby.

Michael Burrows

Michael

Michael Burrows graduated from the Surrey Institute of Osteopathic Medicine in 2016, with a background in massage therapy. Michael has a great understanding of movement mechanics and injuries related to many sports, having previously worked as part of a team supporting semi-professional footballers and boxers.

Using a structural approach Michael’s first aim is to relieve pain, using a variety of techniques such stretching, massage, joint manipulation and acupuncture. Working on the principle that structure governs function he will identify imbalances and work with your individual needs to rehabilitate and strengthen areas of weakness.

Michael believes that although not everyone is an athlete, they should be able to perform at their best in daily activities and not be limited by pain or apprehension. His focus will be on helping you reach your goals whether it be walking to the shops without pain or reaching the top in your chosen sport.

Vedika graduated with Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam College of Physiotherapy, India 2019 followed by Masters in physiotherapy specialized in MSK rehabilitation practice from Sheffield Hallam University, United Kingdom 2021. Since then she has been working in Private Practice treating different types of conditions, as well as working for NHS as a First Contact Practitioner.

She believes in holistic approach which aims to optimize not just physical function but also overall health and well-being, promoting long-term recovery and improved quality of life. She has also been part of the renowned London Marathon, where she gained some valuable experience in managing sports injuries.

Vedika is committed in  explaining treatment options, discussing progress and setbacks, and addressing any concerns or questions the patient may have in a manner that is easily understandable.

A musculoskeletal physiotherapist, graduated from St George’s University of London and has gained experience across both NHS and private practice settings. She has worked with a wide range of patients, supporting recovery from injury, reducing pain, and improving overall movement and wellbeing.


In addition to physiotherapy, Harane is trained in acupuncture and dry needling, which allows her to provide a more versatile and tailored approach to treatment. Passionate about helping people get back to the activities they enjoy, she prides herself on being both professional and approachable in her care.


Outside the clinic, Harane enjoys travelling and is always on the lookout for new food spots to try, and brings the same energy and enthusiasm to her own pursuits as she does to supporting her patients in their recovery.

Massage Therapist

Dorota

Dorota Gill - remedial massage therapist. Her treatment combines techniques such as deep tissue massage, myofascial release, soft tissue release, and structural integration, to bring ease in muscular tension, alleviate pain, correct the body into alignment. She also uses relaxing massage and aromatherapy to help to restore balance, and achieve deep relaxation of the body and mind.

Dorota has over 20 years of experience working in the industry. She trained and refined her skills in Australia and the UK.
